MILLVILLE - A Benton man who is accused of killing his girlfriend in May saw all charges bound to Columbia County Court Friday.
Abraham Kline, 38, is charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault. The charges were bound to court by Magisterial District Judge Doug Brewer, Millville, following a preliminary hearing.
Kline is accused of shooting Jocelyn Romano, 35, on May 15 before turning the gun on himself outside 204 Coles Creek Mill Road in Sugarloaf Township.
He remained in police custody at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, while he recovered from his injuries and was then placed in Columbia County Prison after being discharged.
