MOUNT CARMEL - The Mount Carmel Area Junior High Pride Award Winners for the month of December have been announced.
Seventh grade winner is Chloe Smith, daughter of Carole Lubeskie, Kulpmont and Michael Smith, Paxinos. Chloe is an honor student and involved in competitive cheerleading, indoor soccer, and AYSO youth soccer. She also plays basketball and is a CYO cheerleading volunteer. In her free time she likes to hang out with friends, play sports and go shopping.
Eighth grade winner is Sara Parker, who resides in Kulpmont with her parents Kevin and Patty Parker. Sara is involved in cheerleading, gymnastics, and odyssey of the mind. She is a distinguished honor student and in her free time enjoys shopping, running, hanging out with her friends and playing with her dog, Doughnut.
