MOUNT CARMEL - The following individuals have been cited by Mount Carmel Borough code enforcement officer Robin Williams for failing to respond to a borough Quality of Life Ordinance ticket issued to them. The citations were filed in the office of Magisterial District Judge Hugh A. Jones, of Mount Carmel in August.
- Matthew Zigarski, of 105 W. Fifth St., trash and improper disposal of trash, June 11.
- Khalep M. Copes, of 501 W. Duncannon Ave., Philadelphia, high grass and weeds at 47 S. Locust St., June 6. Copes owes $75 restitution because borough street department employees cut the grass on his property.
- David P. Huber, of 702 E. Fifth St., failing to respond to three tickets for high grass and weeds at 142 N. Locust St., June 4, June 17 and June 18. Huber also owes $75 restitution because borough street department employees cut the grass on his property.
- Chester Sullins, of 121 S. Locust St., high grass and weeds at 5 S. Locust St., June 25.
- David V. Brzostowski, of 5 S. Chestnut St., failing to respond to a citation for high grass and weeds at 5 S. Locust St., June 5.
