LITTLE MAHANOY TOWNSHIP - The identities of the victims involved in the Saturday afternoon accident on Sunshine Road, approximately .2 miles south of Route 225, were released by state police at the Stonington barracks.
Trooper David A. Myers reported Sunday that the driver was Randall W. Walters, of Stevens Street, Shamokin, while the passengers were Michael W. Farrow, 58, and a 15-year-old male, both of Hart Street, Shamokin.
At approximately 1:27 p.m. Jan. 26, Walters was driving a black Chevrolet Trailblazer north on Sunshine Road when he failed to negotiate a curve on a snow covered hill, police said.
The sports utility vehicle veered off the road into an embankment and rolled over once, landing back on all four tires, police said.
Walters was unharmed, but Farrow was transported by Life Flight and the juvenile was transported by ambulance to Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, police said.
Farrow was discharged Sunday, according to a nursing supervisor.
All passengers were wearing their seatbelts, police said.
